Awingu is now a part of Parallels — a member of the Alludo family.
To provide unified experience for all Parallels products, we are moving the license management and the support functionalities to the Parallels My Account portal.
Follow the instructions below to get access to Awingu licenses and be able to request support in Parallels My Account.
Existing Awingu customers: if you don’t have a Parallels account, create a new one with the same email you used in my.awingu. It is recommended to use a new password. If you already have a Parallels account, log in to it as usual. In both cases, you will get access to Awingu licenses automatically. For more detailed instructions, see the Awingu Migration Guide.
New Awingu customers: create a new Parallels account and register your license keys. For more detailed instructions, see the Awingu Licensing Guide.
